It was the best decision made to change our ID over to M Atelier and allow Megan to plan out the whole design of our resale flat. Right from the first render, Megan completely understood our needs and the proposed design exudes her style which is totally aligned to our expectations! It did not take more than 2 renders for us to be convinced that our new home will be in good hands. While my husband and I does have an idea of what we want, we had 100% trust in Megan’s recommendation as though she could totally read our minds! Tiles selection at that enormous showroom was so easy and smooth because Megan were clear and sharp in the possible options so the selection was super easy! Megan have also done a great job with grey and sanders to ensure that our dining and study table came out to be exactly what we had envisioned. As we were time-bounded by our rented apartment, Megan and her team had worked relentlessly to ensure we are able to move in at the expected date despite having a few small minor touch ups. Megan continued to support timely on all our post-reno feedback and provided solutions as well. Megan‘s amicable personality (her cold jokes are the best) made it so easy to talk to her and made the whole reno process stress-free as we know that she expects 101% perfection as well. While we did exceeded our initial budget, but the quality of work and the turnout was definitely worth every money.
